LEADERSHIP TRAINING
The group is committed to fostering the leadership potential of its members through extensive training, workshops, and mentorship.

Members who have taken on leadership roles have made substantial contributions to their success as professionals. Many are now practicing their expertise both in the Philippines and abroad, all while steadfastly supporting the group in its various endeavors.

Guided by spiritual principles and effective mentoring, we strive to implement the best practices available to enhance and elevate the quality of life for our members.

YOUTH-LED DISCUSSIONS AND WORKSHOPS
The group is very optimistic in providing free workshops and training to the members.
Our edge of facilitating dicussions is to provide interactive disccusions in an open-minded and youthful way approach.
Singing, dancing, acting and more are some of the best practices the group has been conducting.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH
AND ADVOCACY
The group actively promotes environmental conservation and social protections. As part of these efforts:

It endorsed the rehabilitation of degraded land areas in Butuan City by organizing and participating in tree-planting activities

It opposed the passage of Republic Act No. 10354, also known as the Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Act of 2012

The group conducts an annual outreach program to provide support to underprivileged families in the nearby community of Butuan City
