Dance for Hope Charity Event Terms and Conditions* 1. General Information 1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in the Dance for Hope Charity Event (the "Event") organized by the Amo Cantare Youth Choir. 1.2. By registering for and/or attending the Event, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions: 2. Registration and Participation 2.1. All participants must complete the registration form and pay the ticket amounting to Php 150 pesos to attend the Event - sold tickets are nonrefundable. 2.2. Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration and agree to these terms. 2.3. Participation in the Event is open to individuals of all ages, but minors (under 18 years) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 3. Health and Safety 3.1. Participants must be in good health and physically able to participate in the Event. 3.2. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any participant deemed unfit or posing a risk to the safety of themselves or others. 3.3. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the Organizer and event staff. 4. Conduct and Behavior 4.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards others. 4.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event without a refund. 5. Liability and Indemnity 5.1. Participants attend the Event at their own risk. 5.2. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by participants during the Event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. 5.3. Participants agree to indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless from any claims arising out of their participation in the Event. 6. Intellectual Property 6.1. The Event may be recorded or photographed by the Organizer. By attending, participants grant the Organizer the right to use any such recordings or photographs for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation. 6.2. Participants must not use any trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property belonging to the Organizer without prior written consent. 7. Data Protection 7.1. Participants' personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). 7.2. The Organizer will use participants' information for event management and communication purposes. 8. Amendments and Cancellation 8.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants promptly. 8.2. The Organizer may cancel or reschedule the Event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, and a refund or alternative arrangements will be offered. 9. Governing Law 9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. 9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. 10. Contact Information 10.1.
