ARTICLE III - SCOPE OF SERVICES
The following are the services offered by the Organization:
Sec. 1 shall prioritize the Church and its religious activities.
Sec. 2 shall provide church choir services.
Sec. 3 shall provide counseling to its members and to the people who needs it.
Sec. 4 shall provide spiritual formation and individual growth and development programs and activities.
Sec. 5 shall participate and coordinate with the Parish Youth Council (PYC) for any institutional activities and whenever coordination is necessary.
ARTICLE IV - TERMS, POLICY AND CONDITIONS
Sec. 1 Aspirants shall undergo six (6) months trainings and observation fifteen days after the date of attendance and shall be subject for pre-qualifying interview to be conducted by the members of the Board of Directors.
Sec. 1.0 Failure to comply the six (6) months observation per Article IV, sec. 1 of this article will not be qualified to become a member.
Sec.1.2. Members that commit violations shall be penalized in accordance with the existing laws in this institution through resolution passed by the board.
Sec. 2 No intimate relationship by and between the members, officers and any higher official of this organization and the neighboring organization wherein the organization operates. This shall be known as “NO FREE LOVE”.
Sec. 2.1. Anyone who violates this policy will be given three notices of disciplinary action.
Sec. 2.2. If the party persists in doing so, one of them will have to resign, otherwise, both of them will automatically expelled from the service and the membership will be terminated accordingly.
Sec. 3 The members are obliged to attend in the scheduled regular meetings and practices and likewise to the meetings as may be called by the head for specific concern.
Sec. 3.1. In cases of absences or failure to attend, the member shall provide excuse letter or any means of communication for a reason of not attending the activity.
Sec. 4 Secrecy policy of the group shall be observed within the members and the group premises at all time.
Sec. 4.1.Anyone who violates this policy will subject for investigation and if proven guilty, the member shall automatically suspended for six (6) months and may invoke his/her membership’s rights after the given period.
Sec. 5 The members shall only serve this organization and has no other group affiliation within the Church premises, otherwise, he/she will be given freedom to choose among the group that’s suits his/her preferences. If not, then, he/she will be advised to undergo series of counseling.
Sec. 6 The group shall have the right to request payment and or donation as the needs arise and whenever necessary.
Sec. 7 No membership fee will be collected upon applying.
Sec. 8 Members can anytime excuse or terminate his/her membership, provided however, that the member provides justification or reason.
Sec. 9 The members shall always protect the group’s name and reputation at all circumstances.
Sec. 10 Member who is inactive for more than 6 months from the time of active service in the group is subject for disciplinary action.
ARTICLE V - MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND POLICY
Sec. 1 Membership in this organization shall be open to all but not limited to Christians.
Sec. 2 Aspirants shall be of legal age as prescribe by the Philippine constitution;
Sec. 2.1. Minors are welcome provided however that he/she shall present parent consent or the parent/s shall present upon applying for a membership.
Sec. 3 Aspirants shall be mentally and physically fit.
Sec. 4 Aspirant shall voluntarily fill-up the personal data form that will be provided by the group with no monetary requirements.
Sec. 5 shall follow the rules and regulations stated in Article IV of this constitution.
